Take control of your anger

                                                  


This is our anger chart. The anger chart helps us control our anger. We all made coloured pegs and whenever we get angry we have to move our pegs from the chilled persons to restless face and so on until we are gonna blow.

I find the anger chart helpful because when I move my peg I know that I need I will need to to use a bucket. Buckets are a tool that you use to help calm down.
